Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy:

Massage Therapy Sessions are by appointment only

Full payment required at time of booking followed by a confirmation email.

Arrival Policy:

Arrive 10-15 minutes early for consultation & paperwork. (The appointment time is the Massage start time)

Lateness will lead to a shorter session at original fee.

Arriving 20 minutes past appointment will result in a cancellation.

Booking fee is the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

I understand that sometimes life happens and you need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you adhere to the 48 hour cancellation policy if you must make any changes to your reservation. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is missed. That allotted time/service is reserved for you personally; Therefore a cancellation fee will apply.

*Booking fee is the cancellation fee. *When re-booking, funds will be honored.

Clients may transfer for other services of equal value with notice.

Client service transfers are allowed with notice. *Services purchased on sale and/or discounted are not transferable to another person.

Expired gift purchases will be void.
